A 10-page evidence workbook and an editable Excel organizer for the dates, attachments, itemized costs, guest request, support summary, and response trail that make up a host damage claim file.

When damage appears, the evidence is usually scattered across a cleaner's phone, a guest message thread, old receipts, fresh estimates, and an approaching deadline. This kit puts those records into one timeline and one itemized file before you draft the request.
It does not promise approval. Airbnb still decides responsibility, eligibility, value, and reimbursement. The job of the kit is narrower and more useful: make your dates, evidence, amounts, and written summary agree with one another.
The deadline page and workbook were checked against Airbnb's Host Damage Protection Terms and reimbursement Help page on August 10, 2026. The current terms describe a 14-day period for the guest reimbursement request and notice to Airbnb, then a 30-day period for the Host Damage Protection payment request and evidence. A Help page can show a stricter 14-day supporting-document deadline.
The kit therefore tells you to use the earliest date shown in your live Resolution Center and current policy. It never uses a workbook calculation to extend a platform deadline.
Six tabs take the file from setup to submission: Claim setup, Evidence log, Itemized losses, Claim summary, Response log, and Pre-stay routine. Yellow cells are for your records. Green cells calculate planning dates, itemized totals, missing attachments, and open evidence requests.
The PDF mirrors the same workflow for printing, annotation, and team handoff. It includes an incident facts sheet, evidence index, itemized loss table, guest request worksheet, support cover summary, and response log.
Airbnb hosts, co-hosts, and small property managers who need a disciplined way to organize a guest-caused damage or unexpected-cleaning file. It is also useful before a claim, because the pre-stay routine gives a cleaner or turnover team one consistent way to preserve baseline photos.
This product is general documentation and organization, not legal advice, insurance advice, valuation advice, claims adjusting, platform representation, or a guarantee. It does not submit a claim or contact Airbnb or a guest. The Host Suite is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Airbnb. Policies can change, so check the live instructions before relying on any date.
