- Order information, if you buy a template (name, email, and the items ordered). Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data, standard analytics such as pages visited and device or browser type, used in aggregate to improve the site.
- Service inquiry information, if you ask about a documentation review. The initial email should contain only contact details, the type of review, and the earliest relevant deadline. Do not attach records to that email.
How we use it
- To deliver the free or paid files you requested.
- To send the email updates you opted into, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To assess and respond to a service inquiry, including the website URL, market, business goal, deadline, or file stage you choose to provide.
- We do not accept damage documentation files until the storage provider, access method, retention period, and deletion process have been disclosed to you in writing.
Service providers
We use third parties to run the site, including an email platform (for list management and delivery) and a payment processor (for purchases). These providers process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Documentation review inquiries
The website does not upload or store review files. If we accept a review, the intake method and any file-storage provider will be identified before you send records. You can decline that method and send nothing. Never send passwords, verification codes, full card details, or unnecessary guest identity records.
